At Avaleira, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below.


Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law 

Items eligible for return

Because the Avaleira Heating Pad is a personal-care device worn against the body, hygiene is important to us and to other customers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Free of signs of wear, body contact, or odor
  • In its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components included

We reserve the right to decline a return or to issue a partial refund if an item is returned used, damaged through misuse, or with missing parts.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of body contact, for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@avaleira.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.

For these cases:

  • We cover the cost of return shipping.
  • You may choose a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping you paid.

Electrical products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Reach out and we'll help you sort out any warranty issue.

Return shipping costs

  • For a standard "change of mind" return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
  • If the return is because of a fault, damage, or our error, we pay the return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive items sent without tracking.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@avaleira.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide. Please don't send items back before receiving return instructions — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in USD.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@avaleira.com.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different variant or a replacement for a faulty item, email us at support@avaleira.com and we'll arrange it. The fastest way to get the item you want is often to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
