Thank you for shopping with Avaleira. This policy explains how and when your order ships. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, to US shipping addresses. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders requesting delivery outside the US may be canceled and refunded.
Order processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
During sales, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take a little longer. If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll reach out to let you know.
Shipping methods, cost, and delivery time
- Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all US orders.
- Estimated delivery: Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after they ship, depending on your location.
- Total time = processing time (1–3 business days) + transit time (3–8 business days).
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't updated after several business days, contact us at support@avaleira.com and we'll look into it.
Fulfillment
Your order is fulfilled from our US-based warehouse and shipped domestically by our fulfillment and carrier partners. Items within a single order may occasionally be shipped separately or arrive on different days.
Shipping delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control can delay delivery, including carrier backlogs, weather, and high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will help however we can, but we aren't able to guarantee delivery dates or refund shipping for carrier-caused delays.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us promptly at support@avaleira.com and we'll try to correct the address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship it once you cover any reshipping cost, or issue a refund for the item minus any non-recoverable shipping.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Marked delivered but not received: Please check around your property and with neighbors, and confirm the address on your tracking. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us within 7 days and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
- Damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged, email support@avaleira.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. (See our Refund Policy for more.)
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund for the item.
